What's wrong with dub? There are bad dubs, I admit, but a lot of them are really good, and subbing kinda ruins the point of anime. Anime is meant to be an audio-visual experience, if I wanted to read it then I'd use the manga!

about all the english dub vs. Eleven. I mean Japanease, lol I think Japanease with english sub is better becuase in the english dub I noticed they changed the words in some cases, Like the ep when Lelouch becomes Emprower, but etheir way I think the Japanease version sounds more like a real lelouch would, and english dub is good for somebody who just wants to listen to the music to a code geass amv.

@spartantnt1023 to put this up front i respect your opinion, and though you may not care what language it is in i do. If it was any other anime i wouldnt mind, but this is my favorite. I find that they simply sound better in the original language and not in English. And further more, the language they speak does not pertain to the AMV. I was simply stating that I couldn't take it seriously when it is like that

I would like to see a realistic dub. Japanese speak Japanese, Britannia speaks English. Lelouch and Suzake and such would have to speak both. When dealing with black knights and such he would have to speak Japanese, at school he would have to speak English. Since Britannia changed the official language to English. But rebels would never accept such thing, so they would speak Japanese.

@Holygiant Just as much as work as they put in the original. Don't see why I have to like dub more because they have put the same amount of work into it. Its just about in what language you saw the first episode. Once you learn the voices of the characters, suddenly a other voice just sounds stupid LOL. Always have to laugh when I hear Lelouch in English.

Personally I like anime in Japanse and real movies/series in English. Don't ask me why, I queses its just what i'm used to.

I completely agree, I personally dislike watching anime in Japanese, it sounds no less silly to me, and on top of that you have to read what's being said instead of just watching the anime. ^_^, The AMV is good, I liked the way it fit to the song, but it could use improvements.

But to be honest, the most really good AMVs are the ones with multiple anime mixed to it. I've only found a couple CG AMVs that're truly awesome, one of which is a private video now that I can't view. =<

@CCAbridged It isn't a bad dub, but I think most English dubs are done in an oddly theatrical way, so the voices never sound like they're real people talking. That's why I prefer prefer it left in it's native language, because it's either not the case, or I just simply don't notice it. But I do think the Japanese voices of Code Geass are fantastic.

@ChaoticDamned i find this a good match however thats my opinion, and i called you a fool because its not the language that doesn't convey emotion its the fact you find it wrong when a character speaks differently then before. you would feel the same way if the original voice actors were replaced for season 2 regardless of what language!

While I have a slight, SLIGHT dislike of dubs, I do want to say that my opinion on CG's dub is very good.. It is one of the very few dubs that actually was able to sound as dramatic as the japanese version if you get what I mean. The dubbers were clearly able to immerse themselves in their characters.

Personally, I don't see why so many people hate Suzaku. He did horrible things to Lelouch, sure, but Lulu did horrible things before that- And guess what? The series still ended with them being best friends.

The characters had to do what they did, and the anime had to go the way it did for it to be as awesome as it is. I think people are hypocrites for loving Lelouch, but hating Suzaku's guts. I've seen this in so many different kinds of anime- It's just silly. lol
