Only to prove a rape in islam, you need many witnesses. And a woman as a witness has only half value compared to a man.
So men are almost never juged for rape in muslim countries. And if the raper is her husband, the woman has no chance at all to be respected.
By the way, compulsory charity is by far less noble than the charity done by the free will.
