The Boattails are beautiful. I just bought the 1978 which can be seen in YouTube and shipped it to my property in Spain. I bought that car, since I had one similar in 1980 and I never forgot how good this car was on the road.And still is....Quiet,smooth and incredible luxury feeling.Every mile in this gives pleasure and satisfaction. I think it would be the same in a Boattail in good state.Beautiful music in this video - to bad it is only 45 seconds. Who is singing this? Best regards to all.
@ufolive1 No, 71 has never been fixed. It's all original, only 19,000 miles. Owner is Bob Bonto, He is ROA Senior Technical Advisor 71-73 Riviera. I did restore the white 73 in 1991 it used to be green. I'm working on the 72 now it has a new Stage 1 motor and the frame is fully restored with new paint all new fuel lines, sending unit, break lines and calipers. Now I'm starting to do all the body work. I also have another 72 that's not in the video.
