lol thats old and slow card but still runs that, and only costs avg. 35euros.. Nice for low cards!

Wait.... that's the graphics card I have and all games look crappy on mine!
I've asked and people said that the only bad thing about my PC is my ATI Radeon HD 3450, but this looks awesome!
I can't even keep a steady framerate in CoD4 with 640x480 resolution and all texture, lighting, water, blur, and sound settings on low. Help!

And its not slow or laggy.
