this is large duct with rt to lt shunt in this condition there won't be turbulent flow in LPA even in CW can't find any contineous flow but the color coding will be instead of mosaic will be red since it is away from the probe
@kasthuricbe84 How is it that you can't find continuous flow here..the aortic pressure is higher than the pulmonary pressure through out the cardiac cycle and you can see systolic as well as diastolic flow in PDA.
these types f vids should be narrated so it is easier to understand what we are looking at because i have no clue what to look at, what the colors are for, and what and where the problem is located. but yea, im pretty much confused.
