im not sure what antennas i should use....clover leaf would be great but im sure you know thats quite impossible for 900mhz ^^ so....dont know what to do :( i think ill try what range i get out of the rubber ducky antenna on the tx and a circular polarized on the receiver.....
@michi386 Hi - I got the Patch from BEV RC. It is not as clear as my 5.8Ghz system, but I just can't get any range out of 5.8 and it goes to static all the time. I have a 600mw immersion transmitter for 5.8 and it just does not have the range. I can easily fly 1.5K with my 900 and it is pretty good. i cant use 2.4 cause everyone at my club flies with 2.4. Overall, I find it ok, but i wish the transmission was clearer.

@ap0lmc only the stock dipoles. I think cloverleaf on both TX and Receiver would improve things for me. I am going to get some and try it with another FPV model i have.
The Edge of the island in that lake is 1.6 Kms from my base station..

@tjtg Are you using clover antennas for the 5.8? Or just the ones it came with?
