Also, what if this was actually a prank as the caller says it was but it describes a 'mostly real' occurring of events and the powers that be thought it was real and decided to censor it before any more information got out. It certainly would fit within the Modus Operandi of the NSA or perhaps still another organization with quasi-governmental ties. Something to think about, regardless the solution would be to decentralize all power and population centers into more sustainable networks.

when i first called up art bell in 2002 to tell him about david icke he laughed at me and hung up the phone -------now he has done a 360 degree spin but im not sure i trust art bell ==maybe its because he is in a business that needs sensation??? but anyways i dont trust him at all .........just think of the info. his show has collected on people = a huge database of people who could be detained for NDAA???
