hmmm...I love horses, I am not sure, but none of these died without folks doing the best for them. Great video....as long as we do away with slaughter in this country....more will die and suffer...we cannot save them all...we need to find a way to save the good/great ones and euthanize the others humanely....honor them...and do not allow them to be shipped 3 days with no water or food and then die.....it happens....our dogs, cats, cows, horses...all the same....we have to make it right

Secretariat didn't die young and the picture at :59 is Affirmed, the picture at 1:08 isn't Barbaro neither War Admiral or the Biscuit died young either

horse racing is a horse killer its really sad that peple would hill innocent animals for their own greed idk if you like horse racing but u should know that it kills over 80,000 horse in the us alone in one yr! awful what people do!

@horses4ever989 i totally agree with you, people dont care about the pain and stress the horses go through, just as long as they get their money... But i think some pple care more than others.. For example the Sheikh Mohammed has like big Rehabilitation centers for his horses and pools for them to swim in, and had a big equine hospital built...

erm a lot of these horses didnt die young... but some of them did. May those who did flow through our spirits! And I dont belive those 'real pictures' of War Admiral in color were actually him... but thats ok too! By the way, great vid!

My old racehorse her name was moonlight magarita was The granddaughter of secretariat! But we sold her to a good home she fell in a race before and broke a tendon but she's a good trail horse now!
