He said that the 3rd film is written but there is no date on when filming may begin due to trouble funding the film. Because of all the problems he had to deal with when making Return to Sleepaway Camp, he refuses to go through it all again by jumping the gun with this film. He did say that it will be the final film to his trilogy.
