Hi, you made a very good decision in having a Burmese as you best cat friend, they're simply amazing, beautiful of course, but very intelligent and socializing champions, mine just started to play 'throw the mouse and I'll get it for you ' without me even trying to learn him to ! Amazing cats, just love them.
Yes I love Burmese Cats. I had one for 14 years and he was my companion... Like a person, talked to me and understood what I was saying. Thought about getting a British shorthair but was told they are not lap cats and as I had a Burmese before I would notice the difference.. Adonis is adapting well after being a breeding cat for 2years and living in a cage...
Yes... My poor little baby ended up getting Kidney Lymphoma and died two months later. I tried everything to keep him alive. Chemotherapy every week but the Lymphoma was very aggressive.. His poor little body couldn't take it anymore and he was euthanized in my backyard on the 17th April in my arms... I miss him every day... There will only ever be one Bronson... :'(
Oh damn, so sorry to hear that. Hope he didn't suffer too much, and hope you feel OK. Bronson was a neat and sweet kitty. I think the personalities of cats are more varied and "human" than those of dogs. Cats are definitely underrated, which is probably fine by them! RIP Bronson.
We got a choclate Burmese male, we named him Purcell, and get this 'purrs' for short lol. He looks like Adonis but a lil diffrent
