Leviticus 18 HAS BEEN MISINTERPRETED. Moses was addressing Shine Prostitution not gay people. The canaanites prayed to a god called Molech. They would sacrifice their children and have sex with male shine prostitutes called Quedesh. They believed it gave them fertility in life. The word Abomination comes from the hebrew word Toevah which referred to Idolatry. God in the bible has always detested Pagan worship. Verses 21 and 22 of Leviticus 18 are related. Please learn the truth!
TO THE AUTHOR: i watched some of your clip.I am unphased at all.St Paul explains (do research), and Christ too, that the Law doesn't apply anymore.why would it, it's written for an ancient people many years before even Christ came. It's so old, that not even the Jews themselves can follow it in today times. or muslims (though some claim too). Paul explains it in eloquent detail that we are not under the Law, but under the law of love-kindness-PURITY-helping others.

God gave us free will. God knew what would happen. He knew his son would have to have his blood shed to atone for sins. That is why there was so many covenants in order to set things up. If God was omniscient, then he would have created man knowing that they would fail, created Lucifer knowing that he would defect, et cetera. Leviticus is the most problematic bit in the bible, I think. Personally, I like to think that I'm not contaminating my city by having a period, going to hell because I had a child and didn't sacrifice the proper animal at the temple after a 36-day period of seclusion (I'm completely serious, here), or going to live out my life with my parents (father, really) because I got a divorce. There is so much strange about this book: part medical, part sacrifice, part cooking, etc.

However if they were scholars, and trained in Hebrew, read the Tana'ch and studied the whole chapter of Lev 18 they would know for a fact that the verse is talking about Homosexual prostitutes of the false god Molech.
