I got my Centofante 3 today in the mail from Amazon........Dudes, I'm stoked...the coolest EDC I've ever owned. Happy to say it's my first Spyderco as well, and it won't be my last. Love the Centofante's blade, fantastic steel, it carries well in the pocket, it's tightly made...great quality (Japanese precision), and it deploys just as fast as my Kershaw Leek with a little practice. Might even buy another Centofante 3 just to keep back in case I tragically lose mine.
I think the idea was to make it all sleek look, therefore, they did not put screws on it. I know there is no such thing as perfect 100% knife, but this knife comes very close~!
Love the knife, i am a proud owner of the Centofante 3!!I carry it everywhere i go and i always forget that i have it with me. And when that happens you know you have a very successful EDC blade. Go out and get this amazing knife!
If by 'grip' you mean the Benchmade Griptilian, Then I believe I can help... I have both, I personally love the Griptilian just a wee bit more... more ergonomic, better grip, sharper blade... and it's larger.. I hae large hands, so that's the deal breaker... The endura fits me better than the delica, just for an example... But, go Grip... You won't regret it (even though they are both amazing knives)

buy one to carry around with you and another to store away... pretty soon there won't be many of these left to buy new.
