wow...i am NOT a licensed psychologist and i tell you with confidence-what crow did was normal. most of us haven't seen this side of the music industry since American Idol opened our eyes to this form of talent scouting.
there are grown ass men fight professionally, that cry after a loss.
there are fuckers here tht cry damn blues when your parents instruct you to do something that your bitch ass should be doing as PART of a family...or anytime you don't get your way-you're no different
I still feel like Rachel handled this very poorly to be quite honest. Falling to the ground and having a complete breakdown seems like a bit much no matter the age. Drew cried as well, but tried to pull herself together quite quickly to thank everyone. Maybe the age limit needs to be increased so they can better handle rejection.
what the fuck is she 3 years old i love to slap the bitch this is a competion win or lose, they should've prepared her for the fact that she might be eliminated, she is not one for showbez if she crumbled like that mammy, mammy what the heck.
She is amazing and agree that for weeks these kids are told they are invincible and then their world gets shattered in front of millions How cruel these money making reality shows are!!. Based on the performance she should have won. Just shows the how weak some judges are. Lets let America decide so I don't have to make the hard call, although your performance was superior.
@kittikat347 she was vrying because she thought she had let her mother down and her mother told her it was "ok" so she asked her "do you promise? you promise?" To make sure her mother wasn't mad at her. as you saw afterward Rachel calmed down considerably. She freaked out because she probably thought her family would be mad at her.
I am suspicious. When Rachel was crying she told her ma "u promised you promised. PROMISED WHAT? I feel bad for Marcus since he sang WAY better the previous night, and no one believes in him. I am around Rachels age and I wouldn't be as cocky as she was. They are both amazing singers, but you can't really blame America if Rachel chose the wrong song. ITS A COMPETITION.
She is 13 and the reaction should have been expected....Honestly I hope she or her mom that she would surpass and win the competition over Melanie or Josh. 5 million bucks to watch a 13 yr old??? Plus her telling her mom You Promised You Promised. Reality should have been relayed to her when she got into the top 10. She'll be successful as a singer and has the world in front of her.
WOW!! this was so much more dramatic then Drew's crying. but when you build someone up at this age and this happens, well that is life. Of course if Nicole had the guts to vote off Marcus since, I feel Rachel's performance was so much better then his (aren't they suppose to vote based on that last performance?) so I guess we get to blame the voters again. and justlike idol, AGT, most viewers and voters are females, so guess who is next?? Melanie.
That poor kid. She reacted the way she felt/feels. I think people who pretend to be stoic are the biggest cowards of all. She wasn't ashamed to be herself, no matter what. I agree heartily that anywone who has the idiotic gall to call her pathetic is a perfect example of bitterness and heartlessness.
@SMITHERTEEN Simon will take care of her and last night LA Reid stated on the air that her name is all around Hollywood with people talking of putting her in films, tv shows, music etc.. it is endless! Those words were the hook to Chris Rene's song last night! NICE
@mrsjigga954 i doubt that he did. i do feel as if simon will make sure she is taken care of. he (Simon) stated he looks at her as his on child a couple weeks ago, so dont be upseat we have not seen the last of Rachel!
Love how everyone knows everything! :) "They knew who is going to go home," "They fixed this fixed that.."
I mean why don't you guys just watch the show and enjoy the music... I loved Rachel, but America voted...so I guess people chose what and who they want to hear... I am sure they all are going to do fine after the show too...And again they will be judged by the public. So good luck to them and let's enjoy the show till the end :)
@JimboVids I am a Licensed Psychologist and what you seen tonight was and is typical for a child when they feel rejection. Pathetic? Your Pathetic for even saying that. This little girl was on top of the world for months then all of a sudden it was taken away from her. She showed her true age tonight with the emotions and insecurities in which she grasped to her mother and Simon for comfort and acceptance. I feel sorry for her. She was amazing tonight. Simon will NOT let her go.
@JimboVids i never said that, i just said that was normal. It is not Pathetic. Imagine yourself 14 living high on life from a poor family small town then come to hollywood HUGE city everyone loving you money wasted like its water everyone wanting your attention rubbing shoulders with your icons and finally feeling accepted then all of a sudden BAM its pulled out from under you. what would be your first reaction? wouldn't you be devastated? what does a 14yr old girl do? CRY! go figure!
She didn't just "cry".....she had a total meltdown, worse than a 2-year-old......not to mention, it's been said that she may have a contract with Disney already in the works, so it's not the end of the world for her, and she knows it. So there really wasn't the need for that much drama.
I blame Nicole for this reason: She is on this show to be a judge of talent. She is not there to preserve peoples' feelings. She kicked the can down the road when she had the chance to make a decision. She didn't want to hurt Marcus' feelings by voting him off, despite the fact that her reaction clearly demonstrated a desire to vote that way.
She completely skirted her responsibilities as a judge. Nicole failed in that regard. Of course, America should vote too.
The purpose of having a system like this (where the judges can make the final call) is to fix the problems inherent in these reality shows. You get a small group of religious followers who vote an unlimited number of times, and they can skew the results.
Whether America voted, or whether or not America even knows whats best for them is irrelevant. It was Nicole's JOB to pick the person who deserved to stay. And the person who deserved to stay was Rachel.
Judging from Rachael's immature reaction on twitter, I'm glad she got voted off. Man, people said Astro acted like a spoiled brat, yet the 13 year old girl are calling people jack-a on twitter and telling Astro and Canty to go f themselves
@JVIPER88 You know what, I think the whole thing not being able to decide was an act. She knew from the get go that she was going to send home Rachel. She wanted it to go into deadlock so Rachel could probably go home. I don't think it has anything to do with preserving anybody's feeling. She did vote to send Rachel home and hurt her feelings. She is just a vindictive person. She doesn't want any of Simon's people to win. The crying was just an act. She is going after Melanie next.
Oh dear, I thought she'd take it much better than that. Why don't those judges/coaches ... coach them on that. She'll be a star any way. I just loved her and so did millions of other Americans. Poor little thing. There should be someone there for those kids for this kind of thing.
The girl is 13 years old. She's been performing in front of millions of people every week. She has the pressure of trying to succeed, not let people down, and win all this money. And to top it all off, anyone with common sense knows that she out-performed Marcus on the "save me" song. I'm sure she knew she sang her heart out and it didn't matter because Nicole is incompetent and L.A. cast a biased vote.
@JVIPER88 Stop complaining. In case you didnt realize, Neither Nicole OR America voted her through. Every one needs to stop bitching she got voted off, and blame yourself for not voting her through.
don't be fooled, this show is obviously fixed.... the producers knew who had to lowest votes and asked nicole to not vote. its all business, rachel crow is much too young to produce a record that can sell more than the investment they'll put into her.
she didnt handle this well at all. poor rachel
