BSpiritor, funny that you mentioned that, I used it yesterday with my students (as very low background music) and they were saying "have you got whales going on in there?". @estrader1 So many times I get asked for a singular frequency, but harmony lays in the combination of several Hz. I have made the Solfeggio Hz meditations in the full ancient Solfeggio scale for a reason & I included binaural beats as that guarantees success with this program. Have a read on the use guide on my website, even if you decide to use my work for free on you-tube it will give you a better understanding.

@bellaluna423 Yes, Theta will either make you sleepy or put you in a deep mediative state. During the day I always follow most of my Theta meditations with a little Alpha. You should listen to this audio soft. Furthermore binaural beats are also like a form of meditation & mind exercise combined. I hope that gives you a better understanding. with your journey.

I hope the theta gamma rhythm will help me to use it when I am doing Energy work. This should accustom my brain to the double frequency rhythm and allow its use without the recording. I am also listening to delta recordings to rest and establish the delta in me to rejuvinate me. Seemed to work to break a spell of insomnia.

@meerrden Gamma waves a short bust between 8 and 12 seconds in lenngth Theta is constant.

Gamma waves were confused for a long time with Beta waves as they seemed the same. However that are uniquely different although they do share some Hz similarity's.

@Gingerveecarter Yes my work would be great for that. But I would start somebody who has never done binaural beats before with a track or tracks without Gamma stimulation. You could make a great Alpha, Theta & back to Alpha journey form my Solfeggio Vol 1. But you can start with this also. That is just how I would do it. Remember headphones is the best way to use my tracks that contain binaural beats. All the best with your work.

at one oint int he middle of the track, i felt everything in my vibrate. and i literally mean IN me. on a molecular level. tiny vibrations everywhere. i laid in relaxation, and i felt like a great energy flowed thought me, and visioned it being released from me and covering the members of my household. it was an awesome feeling nonetheless.

@chelts87 Gamma brainwaves are short burst between 8 and 16 seconds and they happen along with Alpha and Theta. It is Delta that they never happen over.

They happen little in Theta during sleep but more in Theta during meditation.

Gamma waves are most defiantly related to higher consciousness and they are also the Ah moment of insight. I just recommend that beginners to binaural beats, start with one of my tracks with just Alpha, Theta or Delta alone,

I love this music! How do you find all those frequencies with the music? I don't mean the scheme, but the scheme related to sounds, sound effects & so ... Well ... So do you play first and measure the frequencies or do you generate tones by putting some math work on the frequencies firrst? Just curious ... I compose and play (keys, theremin) New Age/ambient like music and love to do some experimental stuff with this involved too ;-)

@yeapsystar I have spent a lot of time working of the maths for over a year, to truly work in the full ancient Solfeggio scale as I do. I think I have it down to a fine are now. It's a challenge to work in the full Solfeggio scale, the gear is based around the contemporary music scale. I could go on but I have been working on refining 3 new tracks and building a new website for the past few weeks 24/7. Phew I need a back rub and a cup of tea ;-) LOL 1 sec ago

I always work with Cool Edit Pro 2..0 (okay, not the latest version, but a good one sofar!) versus my GeneralMusic WK4 Plus Workstation Keyboard ;-) Besides that I've got my Moog Etherwave Plus theremin ... Not the most extraordinary gear, except my theremin, hehe! I just was wondering how you know (by measuring gear?) when you are using the right frequences, as I also record my stuff on the same basical MP3 range (320) as you do ...

Do not listen to these recordings whilst driving or operating heavy machinery, with headphones on. They work best with headphones on. But they can take to other dimensions of consciousness, so it's best to do the headphone listening in a safe space.

However; they work nice as ambient music through speakers and that way is OK for driving. Love, Peace and Joy to you :-)
