its the island against the rocks on the right...

ull need to do some dectective work and puzzle solving on that island be4 u get it though

The puzzle is quite easy once you see what the island is shaped like...a whale.

"It steers with RUDDER, then makes SPRAY. Next it PADDLES, and SEES a way."

So first you talk to the guy in the upper right of the island, then the one in the upper left, then the one in the raised platform, then the guy in the small pond. Hope that helped! ;^)
