These pictures must have been taken after the Europa cup final where Rangers fans trashed the city. It was all cleaned up the following morning. There is a little litter in Manchester but these pictures take it completely out of context

I live in manchester, and I can tell you, thanks to the government's neglect, it's failing. we get an IRA bomb and the most they can give us is a new city centre? fuck them. 3/4 of Manchester's population are still living in slums. I was mugged by a gang recently, and went to the hospital to check for damaged skull tissue. tells you how nice the people are. If we want manchester to start shaping up, the government needs to shape up and see the state that we're in.
