Weed, alcohol and Tobacco should have basically the same legal requirements and tax situation: freely available, heavily taxed and stringently regulated. That way, everyone wins: the customer gets a pure, relatively safe, high quality product, and the government gets their tax revenue, more room freed up in prisons for dangerous offenders, no more grit weed, and more money for schools and roads.

All drugs, including drugs prescribed by your doctor should be sold legally without a little note that it's OK to have. All drugs should be sold by any store, off the shelf. No note/prescription from your doctor needed.
The only drug that should totally be illegal is Marijuana. Nobody should have the right to buy pot, for any reason. Until all the stupid drugs user have killed them self's with all the other drugs. Then, after decades of Darwinian drug deaths, only then, pot should become legal.

the younger the age of first use just shows us early on that that person will use other drugs despite the laws as well. it does not make them like drugs when they are older because pot makes them like the other drugs, it just shows the persons behaviour vs someone that abides by the laws, which allow two much drugs that have more risk than cannabis. we dont blame ciggarette use for alcohol use, we dont even blame the law!

Weed, alcohol and Tobacco should have basically the same legal requirements and tax situation: freely available, heavily taxed and stringently regulated. That way, everyone wins: the customer gets a pure, relatively safe, high quality product, and the government gets their tax revenue, more room freed up in prisons for dangerous offenders, no more grit weed, and more money for schools and roads.

435,000 deaths attributed directly or indirectly from tobacco use
