Not a fan of the Jonas brothers and wasn't expecting much, but very pleasantly surprised! Nick's voice is beautiful, although I think Darren and Dan have a better grasp on the acting element

I recently saw him in this and he did a wonderful job. he surprised me and blew me away. he was very funny and suave. and his voice was great for Finch. Very impressive. I say, yes you may not be a fan of the Jonas Brothers, but do not judge him so quickly because of it. He really is talented and I wish people would give him a chance before criticizing his every move. many broadway veterans think he is talented, so why can't we support him as well?

I'm glad they have a Finch now that can carry a tune and project. Unlike Darren... who was just AWFUL! Now it would be nice to replace Beau... but I guess you can't get everything you ask for.

@sinatrabooth89 Darren was amazing in H2$. After a while, he began to get more confident and his voice was fabulous, and he shaped Finch perfectly. Also Beau was pretty good too, I don't know why you're complaining about everyone.

He was having pitch problems, had some blocking and business issues, his voice is too thin and "popy" for a Loesser score, and in his little "knowing smile" moments he just looked scared. And Beau can't sing anything to save his life, however I have heard that he has finally learned his lines and doesn't look lost on stage as much. Which is an improvement. I'm not complaining about everyone. Only two people.

@sinatrabooth89 But his voice really progressed throughout his time on Broadway. He was nervous, who can blame him? His first time living out his dream? I mean, I get that he has to be professional and just do it and I don't know when you watched it, but he really did improve later on. He grew more confident and owned the stage. Beau's singing isn't the best, but his performance was decent enough. Personally, I'm just incredibly proud of Darren and how well he lived out his dream.

@sinatrabooth89 You actually saw Darren in it? Or are you just basing it off of youtube videos? I went to Darren's matinee performance on the 21st and his voice was flawless. Sure, he wasn't the best in his earliest performances, but that's only because he only had two weeks of rehearsals! I agree that Beau wasn't the best, but he still did pretty well. I think Nick had the best voice, but Darren had the best charm.

@coilyq904 Yes I saw Darren in it, and if he can't get ready in two weeks, then he can't do Broadway. That is the average time for an individual replacing someone in a role on Broadway. And he knew he was going to do the show for several months, so he had the time with the material to look at, and it's not like he had never had the opportunity to sing or dance, or act until then. He is a pop singer, not a musical theatre tenor.

Daniel was amazing as Finch dancing wise but thats about it. Darren was good... the only thing he brought was the charm. But Nick, he's probably the perfect Finch yet! His voice fits perfectly, although he's not the best dancer he CAN dance just as wonderfully & the charm is obviously there too! He's Great <33

BUT I would love to have had the same footage with Darren Criss, I mean, the guy did an amazing job and the only thing we have to remind his perfect performance is ... nothing, because I couldn't get to see him.

@kukianaa I was able to see Darren this past Saturday. Not sure his voice was as strong, but the charisma coming from that guy - I can't imagine, as much as I like Nick, that he will be better. Darren was...AMAZING! And yes, I'd love to see some video of him as well.
