Jesus said all authority was given to Him. The word translated power in John 1:13 (exousia) is better translated right or authority. Jesus gave His disciples authority. He gives it to us as well.
We pray in His name to the Father or by His authority because His blood has reconciled us with a Holy God and bids us draw near on that basis. We do all in His name or authority.
Peter told the congration that they must Repent, and be babtized everyone of you in the name Jesus Christ for the remssion of sins, and ye shall recieve the gift of the Holy Ghost. Also Paul said that without the shedding of blood, there is no remission of sins. Who was it that shed his blood fo you? None otherbut Jesus.
Although Jesus told the apostles to babtize in the Father, Son and Holy Ghost, they all knew what he was talking about because they all had the revelation of who he really was. Also the father,son and Holy Ghost aren't names, they are titles. Also, you will find that in the bible there is not one scripture where ANYONE is babtised in the father,son and Holy Ghost. When anyone was babtised they were all babtised in Jesus name. In Acts 2:38
Matthew 28 V. 18-20, Jesus did say to baptize in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy-Spirit. There is nothing wrong with the baptism because it was commanded by Jesus Himself denoting His fulness Colossians 2 V. 8-9. Peter baptized in the name of Jesus for the remssion of sins and the Holy-Ghost, Act 2V.38. If you baptize in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit there is nothing wrong with it if you know it's the fulness of Jesus. But if you're worshipping three gods it's a problem.
Wouldn't you want to do it the way that the apostles carried it out? Don't you think that they understood Jesus? As i asked in my last video, Why call on Jesus name when casting out demons and praying but not in baptism? It seems that people are so hung up on the Trinity belief, they miss the point.
I despise that belief it's pagan like and ancient babylonian see Nicean Creed, Tertullian, Theophilus of Autolycus, and Roman Catholism. I see what you're saying that the apostle's baptized in the name of Jesus preferably that is the way they did it but there is no scripture that has set guidelines on which one is preferable. If you understand that saying the name of Father, Son, Holy-Spirit it signifies Jesus than there is nothing wrong with it but if you have a trinitarian belief its a issue.

There is no other baptism given in the entire word of God for salvation but the baptism in Jesus name. If anyone can find that there was a baptism given other than what the disciples baptized, please show me. I am that confident that there is absolutly no other baptism than the baptism in Jesus name. Blaspheming the Spirit is not saying "I deny the Holy Spirit". Many people on youtube do this but this is not the context of the scripture.
Blaspheming the Spirit is saying that the miracles Jesus did was of Satan and not God. Thus if u deny him this way, ur also admitting the holy spirit is real.
Denying the Spirit means to deny the power of God, therefore its more of a disbelief that God performed a miracle and call it evil or not believing it at all.

You know why it was corrupted though? The devil knows the POWER in the name of Jesus, and if he can rid the name, then he can rid the power. The devil ain't stupid! By ridding the PERSONAL name of God (Jesus), he can in turn make God "generic" because there are plenty false dieties that are F, S, and HS (triune). However there is ONLY ONE true and living God who's personal name is JESUS. Remember ppl we fight not against flesh and blood...let us put on the WHOLE armour of God (Eph 6:12-13)!

People forget that the words that comes out of Jesus's mouth is important and those words of Matth 28:19 are very clear.
John4:23 Jesus answered and said unto them, if a man love me, he will keep my WORDS (not what he meant)
1Timothy6:3-4
If any man teach otherwise (speaking of V1 and 2)and consent not to wholesome WORDS, evem the WORDS of our Lord Jesus.
If you reject the baptismal commission, then you reject his words.
