The 115 car has a older body on it compared to the other one. Transition period of bodies.

Lebanon Valley is without a doubt the WORST Dirt track. Ask any driver that doesnt run there weekly and they will tell you the same. I dont want to see any dirt track close down. But that one should have a mall there. Thats why their is fights there, you can not pass without knocking the guy outta the way. After watching it a few times, it appears as though 17 tried to cut down to the bottom, but the 115 had already taken the line and the position, and made contact with the 115! If the 17 didn't want him to pass, he should've hugged the bottom and made the 115 go around him! I think the 17 was pissed off because he knew he blew it, and wanted to blame somebody, anybody, for his own mistake!
