- trash talk like players trash talking to each other behind the play

I was playing with the Canucks and Luongo ended up getting me 14 shutouts... So it must be your defense, as for the draft picks, if you sim more often then they'll be worse draft picks the more games you play the better the draft pick, don't forget to scout your players during the season as well

i think they should make the fans more realistic. they jus stand up and sit down. i think it would look awesome when u watch a replay of the goal and u see everyone stand up. obviously when the home team scores, but also with the away fans when they are only standing cheering and the others around are pist off. that would want to make me score more. i agree w/ bioniclebuilder4life about the celebrations and updated draft picks. but it probs gunna be another sick nhl game.

the fights were AWFUL in 09, it reminded me of nhl 99 fights. they had it perfect a few years ago i think it was 06.

penalties need to be fixed, i barely touch a guy and i get called for crosschecking? ridiculous, whenever i play a friend most of the games are played with special teams.

maybe some more options with deking...

overall 09 was a very good game, the gameplay was fantastic, they just need to tweak some of the minor stuff for 2010

Hmmm..... good points.... whoa, but... hey! What about... a decent version for the PC! Its funny watching people with the xbox version making all these elaborate wishlists, while all the PC people want is a decent (as in equal to consoles) game. well to me 2009 was a pretty sold game. but improvments can be made, i am an EA guy myself but 2k has some depth. Fight in 2k9 was a pretty good system. number 1 need for 2010.. DEPTH!!!

do signature deeks and stuff. and maybe like NBA so the skilles comp. Where you do a shot out and you press rt to get started then something then modifyers. But try to do what people are doing for Madden, get a producer or designer to look at your vid and comments

I score all the time because of the goalies diving, i just slip it round the other side of the net, easy goals. I think they definatley need to make the hitting system physics better, maybe something like the new BACKBREAKER football game that comes out this year(euphoria engine). Broken glass would be a great idea as well as a better fighting engine, like NHL 2K9. Finally i think there should be goal horns and songs, i know they have some horns but the songs aswell would be alot better.

Something they should do with Be a Pro mode is enhance the Vision Control.

It's fucking annoying when I'm skating down the wing and I wanna make a pass, but I have to turn my players entire body to see where my teammates are. With the SIXXAS controllers on the PS3, you should be able to rotate the controller to act as your players head. Because if I turn my entire body to get a better view, I get pokechecked like 80% of the time. So usually I just make blind passed that get turned over anyway

My nhl wishlist, checking the goaltender, on be a pro/nhl pro mode when entering the ice I get to warmup and take practice shots for a little bit, accurate ratings (giving tim thomas a 79 rating is a retarted decision in my opinion since he is way better then that),nhl dna (much like the nba dna just in nhl form), actual team goal horns with the songs that go with them, better fighting, and realistic goalie movements (goalie still looks a little robotic in my opinion).

based on his other video I suspect he's actually suggesting the refs should call MORE penalties than they do. Personally I think NHL 09 is pretty good and feels much more realistic in terms of penalties etc if you play a full lenght game (though you do tend to end up with a rather high shot count then....)

Erm... about 6 years ago in the NHL series. I don't know if I'm just misunderstanding your post or if it's different in the PS2 version of the game or something but the crowd (at least the majority of it that you see in during play/normal replay angles) IS 3D and has been as far back as NHL 2003. (On the PC version anyway, and has been the case on every version I've played since then, except I believe the PSP, and not even sure if that was 2D....)
