  • this is completely accurate on age/size my boa male is literally identical to yours check out my vids if you want for comparisons but mine is a year and 6 months and hes a little under 4 and a half ft I feed him one rat every ten days

  • hes so big, i have a hypo red tail hes only about eight months though and just started bulking up. how did you get the snake to be okay with the dog?

  • @grimartwork its not just about food. genetics play the biggest role then nutrition second. snakes dont seem to be into dogs. not saying they wont eat a dog but they seem to not care. the dog and this snake met when they were both babies and curiously smelled eachother with no agressive reaction. none of my snakes seem to care much for dogs. im sure if my big burm escaped he'd eat my mothers 2 little dogs.

  • He's not 1 year old he's to big to be 1

  • @tj13able i went to school. i know math. i got him at 3weeks old back in late feb 08. he was a tiny lil pencil. read all the previous comments. read the description. ive had this conversation so many times. ppl say he looks healthy and beautiful til they find out he was just a year in this vid then they wanna accuse me of powerfeeding. thanks for calling me a liar.

  • @tj13able not true at all, it depends on what they eat, how often thay eat and how early they start eating bigger foods.

  • Beautiful boa mate really nice looking snake!! I got my first boa 2 weeks ago only 3 months old so quite abit smaller than yours lol. Would really appreciate it if as many people could check out my vid and give me as many tips as lol also any helpful comments are great!! Cheers :)

  • when hes full grown do you have to feed him rabbits? or can you just feed him big rats

  • @kyleoboyern depends how big he ends up. he's a over 7ft now and i still feed rats.

  • @drepop803 i may be a chick but i have been a lover of snakes since i knew what they were and a huge request man can you do a update vid on this guy and his age now PLEASE as i have a boa (see my videos) and i am looking to see the average size they get

  • @calkingshinobi sorry for assuming you were a man. well the latest vid i have of him is back in july. he's 7-7.5ft. i plan on doing an update on him in feb. which is his birthday. he'll be 4yrs old then. here's the ending link to the vid. watch?v=KG_qHq7PDjo

  • my male is almost almost 7 months and he is close to 3 feet so all you haters and non believers need to reconize that each snake no matter the breed grows differently then the rest. and BEAUTIFUL snake

  • @calkingshinobi well said man. well said. thank you.

  • Lol yeah my red tail boa is 2.5ft now and hes only a couple months old. He's the biggest one out of all the ones that were hatched :) I hate how people try to talk about stuff they know nothing about :p

  • @Skullreaper720 yup you read my mind perfectly. the thing that pisses me off is before i ever owned a snake i did hardcore research on boas since i knew that was the species i was going to get for my 1st snake. i read that they get on average 5-8ft but in some cases females can grow up to 11ft. i also read yearlings get around 2-3ft on average with some reaching 4-6ft by their 1st b-day. i knew this info b4 i ever owned a snake. ppl act surprised as if every yearling will be 2.5ft.

  • @drepop803 Yeah females get huge.. The girl who sold me the snake (she breeds them) has a 12.5ft long female that weighs around 75lbs. And actually my snake is almost 6 months old.. Idk why I said acouple xD but yeah. I hope he gets up to be 8ft although hes a male. Thats the biggest a male really gets so its along shot but I'm hopeful.

  • @Skullreaper720 yeah the male in this vid is now 7 1/2ft. he's 3yrs old. he hasnt grown much lately but at 3 almost 4 im sure he'll keep growing(although they say snakes never really stop growing). theres a youtuber with a 9ft male argentine boa. those bcc's get huge though. nutrition is the main key to a HEALTHY growth spurt. rats is what did the trick for this boy. i dont feed him bunnies but bunnies are even more nutritious so growth would increase even more.

  • vary true i hate iw when ppl think they know everythng about some thing that they really know nothing about

  • i have a red tail boa that is 11 months and she is 4 and a half feet long =) vary beautiful snake

  • @haroman82 thanks man. ppl seem to think every boa will grow 2.5ft at its 1st bday. if they did any research they'd find out that theres a minimum size, a maximum size, and an average size.

  • @drepop803 i thought there red tails is why they are called red tails but if you look it up thats not the truth.

  • @calkingshinobi YES I KNOW. i thought i already explained this to you.

  • beautiful snake but columbian boa constrictors are not red tails. i had to be corrected on that one too, bci's are just boa constrictors but bcc's are true red tails

  • @calkingshinobi yes i know this. and technically they are redtails. just look at their tails. its red. TRUE redtails are should be properly called redtails. check out my newer vids and you'll see my true redtail baby suriname.

  • @drepop803 Colombian RT Boas are named B.C.I. (Boa Constrictor Imperator.) True Red Tails- such as Hog Islands, Peruvians- are known as B.C.C. (Boa Constrictor Constrictor.) B.C.C. is a true 'Red Tailed Boa.' All of these snakes have red/orange tails, except for the Anery's, of course.

    wish you all well.

  • hey quick question what if i want to limit the boa's growth, would it be safe? i was told that the number of times you feed them and the size of the tank will keep them at a nice steadly size. is that correct? i want him to grow of course but i dont want my red tail to get huge

  • @lightman122 the tank size stuff is pure false. not true at all. as far as food amound remember any baby of any species eats alot. humans, puppies, kittens, etc. even baby snakes eat more than adults. it would be wrong to deny a baby any amount of food needed. boas r medium size snakes 6-10ft. i say just feed it normal. i mean how many 9-10ft monsters you see out there. ive seen them but not many. feed it mice while its small. mice r not as nutritious as rats and dont give them much growth.

  • @lightman122 (part 2) i meant mice dont give the snake as much growth as rats. also genetics. if the parents were huge then most likely the babies will end up being huge. theres no need to stunt growth or powerfeed. if you want them to grow fast then give them highly nutritious meals like rats and bunnies. if you want them to grow slow then just give them an appropriate size meal(like mice) weekly. DONT UNDERFEED

  • beautiful boa....nice bright saddles and tail....my boa victor just turned 2 years old and is just as beautiful and bright as your guy...my victor is about 5.5 closer to 6ft now and still growing....they are awesome snakes to keep I just love em

  • what size of rat do you feed her

  • @Xxkevineitor its a boy i feed him large or jumbo every 3weeks. at this point in the vid he was fed every 7days med rats i think.

  • how often to you feed him?

  • @WindowLickerBlaine every 2-3weeks.

  • @drepop803 is that how often you were feeding him when you up loaded the vid? and how big is he now?

  • @WindowLickerBlaine up to this point it was 1 rodent every 7days.

  • My redtail is 2.5 feet and not very thick. I bought her at a year old and previous owner fed it 2 mice every 10 days. Once I got it I started her on small rat every 7 days. Is this a big enough rat

  • @beasticles101 yea it should be fine

  • Beautiful snake, is this one a Columbian red tail?

  • @MelariOfValefor thanks. yes he is.

  • No way this dude can b a year old!!! My red tailed is a year old and he's only 35"!

  • @AddamAddam1 oh boy here we go again. let me ask you a ?. does every boa grow the same? will every burm grow the same? will every retic grow the same? does every human of the same race grow the same? no. read the comments below. read the description. and your boa is above average for a yearling too.

  • How did he get that large? I have a female red tail and she's around the length of my arm.

  • @jackinaboxftw nutritional food and good genetics.

  • @drepop803 what food do you recommend? i currently feed her about 2 mice every 2 weeks.

  • @jackinaboxftw put her on rats as soon as possible. thats when mine started his growth spurt. what ever you do dont powerfeed. theres no point. it doesnt need to be done unless you're getting her ready to breed. 1 rat every 7days til she's a year old then you could do every 1 rat every 2 weeks.

  • @drepop803 how long should she get? i am 6 ft and shes roughly the length of my arm but not very wide.

  • @jackinaboxftw how long? you mean what size rat? i dont know how long your arm is so i cant really say tell how long she is lol. im guessing 2 1/2-3ft. she should have a little lump in her belly. so a small rat or maybe a medium depending on her size. if a small rat you feel is too small then go medium.

  • @drepop803 she is around 2 1/2 feet but is pretty thin im not sure if she will be able to swallow the rat

  • @jackinaboxftw theres plenty of rat sizes out there. rat pups, fuzzy rats, small rats, etc. if you give her 2 mice a week im pretty sure she can handle a rat pup or fuzzie rat. rats are nutritious. any time a snake eats a nutritious meal they'll grow nice and beautiful. mice dont have alot of nutrition. i almost guarantee your snake isnt growing much because she's still on mice. if she's pure bci. bcc's grow slower either way.

  • @drepop803 thanks for all the help i really appreciate it

  • @jackinaboxftw no problem man. take care. let me know how it goes.

  • I GOT A COLUMBIAN REDTAIL BOA PYTHON ND SHE IZ 1YR OLD ND SHE IZ A LOT BIGGER DEN DAT..

  • @MrScrewedupmexican LOL THATS WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT. let me see a vid or pic.

  • I believe it I have a Columbian Imperator that is 9 months old and 38" already. Not sure of Gender but very thick and eats 2 small rats a week and is not overweight in the least. Nice snake!!!

  • It would be funny if the boa would strike at the dog :)

  • @COOLSTUFF467 dog would rip it apart. but i had control of the situation

  • i have a 1 1/2 old female columbian boa constrictor and i have tryed before and mine doesn,t eat every 2 weeks i dont know why she wont eat more often. it has been a month today and she just shed 2 days ago. her shed was 5 1/2 feet but she is only 4 feet maybe 4 1/2 feet. how can i get my snake to eat more often. please help.

  • @DuBois994 Raise the temps, I think that will bring out a good feeding response.

  • awesome boa! I have had boas for 10 years now and trust me it is all about the genetics of the snakes and how often and what you are feeding them. Just like every other creature on this planet, nothing is 100% the same and only averages can be taken. Keep up the excellent work--he is a beautiful boa!

  • @sngirlie thank you. i was raising a baby burm and retic at the same time i was raising him so it felt like he was growing so slow to me lol. so i guess his size never shocked me. but i fed him normally. believe it or not i never increased his feeding to help him grow. he just spurted up on his own. i'll take that to my grave.

  • 3.5 - 4 foot long in only 1 year? Wow

  • @cmanclan101 y does everybody say that. when i first got into boas i learned that they'll average at around 2-3ft at a year but can rarely hit 4-6ft in a year so be prepared. i was lucky to have a baby boa with big parents. ive seen a yearling boa at 6ft once. ive even seen a year old retic at 10ft. its rare but it can still happen.

  • thats it at a year?? DAMN!! my female boa is over a year and shes only about 2 feet what am i doing wrong??

  • @snakebabe666 probably nothing. not every snake will grow the same. theres female boas that retire at 6ft and theres male boas that retire at 8ft. genetics play the biggest role besides nutrition.

  • my rtb isnt big enough for rats maybe baby ones

  • I bleivce you its one years old but....can i please know what you do with the feeding and food types?

  • @UltimatePythonBite this snake was fed normally. 1 appropriate sized mouse and eventually rat every 7 days til he was a year old. now he gets fed a large rat every 2 weeks(14days). remember its not just feeding its also genetics. his parents were probably above average size. you want a good jump start on growth, start off with rats. mice dont help them grow much. and dont powerfeed. theres no point. (unless you're a breeder).

  • @drepop803 Okay, tha a lot! Mine is a female at a year and almost a half, and its true what you say about genetics because shes not even close to the size of urs..sometimes i am late on feeding scheduele but i just started her on 100gram rats 2 weeks ago, so we'll see how it goes... I never got the concept of powerfeeding..any negative effects?

  • @UltimatePythonBite i never powerfed so i dont know. ive heard they can shorten the snakes lifespan. i know breeders do it to fatten up females for breeding season other than that i dont see the point.

  • lovely snake man and mine bwt year and half old she a comman boa and she 6.5 feet already she eatin jumborats and guinnie pigs

  • @lozaconda nice man. gotta love big boas.

  • boa constrictors are fast growers ive got my red tailed boa at 1 year old and is about the same size as this if not bigger , its the way they get fed , i,e use rats and not mice , rats are healthier for boas and pythons then a mouse thats maybe why he is so big , nice snake kid

  • @2121coxy yes thank you. thats exactly right. although its not just feeding its also genetics. he started growing alot as soon as i switched him to rats. ppl think all snakes will grow the same.

  • that thing is older than 1

  • @buffynellie u tellin me i cant count. i had him since he was a baby. trust me he was 1 in the vid. not every snake grows the same.

  • Nice snake man. Don't listen to these people on here doubting you. My snake is a year old ( albino boa het. for snow) and is almost the exact same size. People just dont realize that these snakes grow at different rates. Hell, I have Ball python thats around 5 feet and girthy as hell. Whenever people see it , they always say " holy shit, that is the biggest ball python I have ever seen", and shes only 2 and a half years old.

  • @sixstringking128 yes thank you. i appreciate that. ive been defending myself since i made this vid. ive been trying to tell ppl that the growth rates wont all be the same. mine and yours are just above average. no different than someone being 6'5" as oppose to someone being an average 5'9"

  • hello i have a male red tail boa when i brought him the shop said he was 8 months old so his about a year old now, but he is 58 inch, is this a normal size or have i just got a monster please reply many thanks dan

  • @djhswift they'll grow differently depending on the genetics and feeding. your snake is definately above average. but 58 at 1 year isnt impossible.

  • thats huge for a 1year old male

  • how often do u feed him

  • @momo4064 every 2 weeks.

  • nope... no doubt...its not a year old... sorry.

  • @kristyleebum look at my vids of him when he was a baby. go ahead and look. why would i lie? makes no sense. you probably have no experience with medium-large snakes. or you just still feed mice lol and thats why your boa isnt as big as mine. i learned about growth and food types when i was a rookie. c'mon step your game up.

  • @drepop803 when you were a rookie? you mean your first trip to petco. lol i have boas... holding my baby red tail as we speak. not tryin to fight with you bro. If your turning it into a contest... then you win. I love my snakes... they are not for competition but if it is a year old and that size... something is abnormal....

  • @kristyleebum abnormal? ok how about this. go to forums and ask around. go to google and look up the size of these boas. boa species range from 4-12ft long. the average is more around 5-8ft with these columbian boas. they can possibly reach a size of 4or5 ft within the 1st year but the average is about 3ft. i learned this when i was a rookie. c'mon man. lol. u need to learn more. ASK the ppl that really know.

  • is it weird that i find it really cute when it flicks its tongue

  • about how often did u feed this snake and how much???? please and thank u

  • @mtbufc at this time 1 med rat every 7 days. now he gets 1 large every 2 weeks.

  • My yearling is only 3 or 4ft

  • hes big for a yearling boy.

  • cute dog, its a pitty right?

  • my yearling is only 3 feet long!!!

  • @Sterling1426 thanks for the back up. yeah she's a pit. 3ft in a year is a good size. i dont know why mine is so big. i seen a 5 1/2ft 9month old a while ago.

  • @drepop803 I think the 5 foot thing is Far-fetched for BCC's or BCI's, but I have no clue on other species if thats possible. Its good to know that there are other people who know that pits and snakes are not evil.

  • @Sterling1426 its rare for them to get 5 in a year. very rare. and yes i love powerful breeds of dogs. im usually after the animals that ppl run from lol.

  • ur a fucking idiot letting ur dog get close to ur Boas. ive had Boas for 45 years and i can tell u that he may get a hold of him in the future once he has the scent.

  • @warrior2525 wow another internet trash talker. ive been dealing with alot of you's lately. cussing and name calling. yeah real tough guy you are. 1st off. look at any of my big snakes vids and tell me if you see any of the dogs near them. now look any updated vids of any of my snakes and tell me if you see and dogs around them. this is an old vid where neither animal was going to hurt each other. yes im very aware of the dangers.

  • @warrior2525 Dude, what is your problem? The animals are obviously under control by an experienced person. If you want to cuss and crap just to get a self high, go do it somewhere else.

  • nice boa how long have you had him..... i subbed plz sub back

  • when are they usually considered adults and full grown?

  • @Nojoke88 i believe it goes by size. so adult size which should be called breeding size for males would be around 3ft regardless of age. females around 5ft. snakes never really stop growing but around 5-6 years old they should be considered full grown for the most part.

  • @drepop803 oh ok. thnx. i am getting my 1rst redtail...now tht i live on my own i can have snakes. lol. so i am pretty much starting to learn all the details other then just care and husbandry...there is so much to learn about them then i expected. lol. soo a baby can get up to say 4 ft..but an adult tht is 4ft is thicker then a 4ft baby? i take it they fill out more over the years as well...? srry for all tha ?'s but i feel like knowing as much as u can b4 buying ne animal is the smartest idea.

  • @Nojoke88 if you're thinking of getting a boa id say go for it. they are extremely docile and only really get around 6-7ft on average. unless you get lucky with a 10footer lol. congrats on getting an apt. i live in one with my pops but my snakes live in my mother house.

  • i dont think its one year old maybe 2 but who caresthe bigger the more awesome it looks !

  • @zurabok i raised him since he was 3weeks old. i know how old my snake is. but yeah they do look more better when larger.

  • it is called power feeding that makes the snakes grow that big so fast!!!!!as i have done research the snake that are power fed live no longer than 5 years!!!!!

  • @teena72370 you accusing me of powerfeeding? i fed him one meal every 7 days up to this point. now he eats every 14days. again only one food item. a med-large rat. i know what powerfeeding is too. im not the type that even wants giant snakes. if i did i would of bought female burms and retics.

  • Beautiful! And incredibly huge. Mine is also a year old and she's a worm compared to yours.

  • very nice... large for a year! especially for a male 1year lol. Checkout my vids i jus uploaded of my baby pastel boa, female 3month old. Pls comment, all feedback is appreciated!!! thanks..

    v nice snake again man.

  • hey, my boa is eating very wierdly and sometimes wont eat at all, i have to close her in a lttle feeding box with the rat for a couple of hours and put the rat in front of her every about half hour...is there anything i can do so that she eats normally/

  • Are you shure that the boa is year old? Ive got a female ho supposed to be a year old and is much smaller than that, i think the guy who sold it to me was wrong..?

  • @UltimatePythonBite every snake grows differently man. mine is pretty big for a year old and ive had him since he was a tiny 3 week old so yes im sure. the average size for a common boa at a year old is anywhere from 2.5-3ft. but they can reach 4ft,5ft, and even up to 6ft at a year. its not common but possible.

  • what did u feed him and how often....

  • at this time a small or a bit larger rat every week.

  • i just bought one !!!!!!im so excited!!!!!!

  • yeah i was the same way lol. keep the joy of having him his whole life.

  • My red tail is 4 feet and is only 10 months. he grew very fast.

  • howcome my male colombian boa is one year old, and he's 40 inches ????

  • every snake will grow differently.

food items and genetics play a big role.

when i started feeding him rats is when he had a growth spurt. he grew rapidly after that.

  • beautiful boa u got there, i cant wait till my little guy gets that big :D

  • wow amazing boa!! Check out mine!!

    not tryin to spam!!..lol..

  • my snakes a female and shes 3 1/2 feet long and shes only 8 months

  • sounds great. she'll be a monster.

  • @drepop803 yea hopfully shel get big

  • can u borrow it to me

  • wt their something wrong with ur snake arnt boas meant to be 24inch at 1 year

    wats wrong with ya snake

  • i think you fail to realize that not everything grows the same. is every human suppose to be 5'9" when they reach adult hood? is every american bulldog 80lbs? is every blue whale 90ft long?

theres nothing wrong with my snake he just has big genetics.

  • lol mines a 3 month old male and hes that long

  • cool snake. mines a year old too and looks like urs but mines a female and shes bigger

  • how long is it in this vid

  • I think he might be older than a year. I have a baby female and a 3 year old male that is exactly that size...

  • ohhh boy. buddy join the list of doubters. read the other comments im tired of explaining. EVERY snake grows differently. just look at my other vids of him when he was a baby. i bought him at 3weeks old back in feb 08.

sorry if i sound mean, im not.

  • i cant wait till mine gets that size gona hopefull get a strike feed up tomorra or tues so sub to my page if ya wanna see the vid

  • damn 1 year old and hes that big?

i got a 1 year old female and shes not that big at all....maybe its a sex thing? idk

how often do u feed him?

  • its a gene thing. some snakes grow faster than others. females get bigger than males but my male grows much faster than my female too.

he gets fed 1-2 med rats every 7days

  • Same as me, my females a year and shes still quite small...and in a big tub.

  • try feeding her rats. they spurt op growth.

  • cheers man ive only had her for 3 days now but cheers for the adivice fella:)

  • alright cheers lol.

  • I kinda funny cause he would never eat on his own and I would have to hold the rat down now he is eating like a champ all by him self I feed him 3 small rats this week

  • thats cool as long as he eats great now. its always rewarding when they're not trouble feeders.

  • I always feed rats ever sence he was real small I feed one mouse and that it

  • well if yours is 3ft thats to me an average length. ive heard of them being as small as 2.5ft at a year. my female was 3 1/2ft at 15months old. they all grow differently.

  • It's all cool how can I get mine up to size like urs

  • i was gonna say i remember when his growth spurt started back in sep 08. thats when i got him on rats. he was still small then then spurted up dramatically. i was thinking he was a bit chubby when i looked at the vid again but i do only give him a med a week. then i remembered that boas get much much thicker as they age. i dont think he's grown much since this vid ill do an update this week. if yours is already on rats then id say he's just a slower grower. my female is slower grower too.

  • Ya it does but u don't need to be a dick about it

  • sorry. as you can see from other comments you're not the 1st to question his age

    but he does?

he gets fed a medium a week.

  • Do u power feed him

  • does it look like i powerfeed him?

  • That boa is not a year may be 2 or 3 look at my boa he is a year and look how small he is and is about 3 feet us is like 5 feet

  • are you calling me a liar? look at my other videos when he was a baby back in april 08. just cuz your snake isnt as big as mine doesnt mean mine is overfed or older than a year. every snake grows differently. my burm was 6ft by his 1st b-day and my friends was 8ft by its 1st b-day. do some more research or ask around i guarantee ppl will have different lengths and different ages.

  • wow your harsh over feeding snakes budds

  • how am I overfeeding? does the snake look fat to you? if it does then you dont know what a healthy snake looks like. just cuz yours isnt this big doesnt mean mine is overfed. its all genetics. mine is a wild caught, who knows how big his parents were. my retic is a year and not even 7ft and ppl accuse me of underfeeding. its all genetics some grow more than others. they all get fed equally according to size ratio.

  • This guy is probably the one over feeding. Hes just a player hater. W.e. hes probably a newbie to snakes.

Nice red tail i had one that was around 7 ft 3 years old

  • a year god dam'

  • i say that cuz my boa is 3 now and not even that big!!!

  • you can look at my earlier vids of him and see how young and small he was. if yours isnt that big then you probably dont have a columbian boa. he's 4ft give or take and yours is 3 and not even that big. yours has to be a dwarf. i have a dwarf thats only 3'7" and is over 5yrs old.

  • there is no way that thing is a year old

  • why do you say that? look at my other vids of him when he was a baby and do the timeline math. i got him feb 2008 when he was just 3wks old.

  • How big is the average full grown male red tail boa and how long does it take for him to get that size starting from a hatchling? Also, how much is the average male red tail boa hatchling cost? Thank You, Michael

  • i'd say 5-8ft. most likely 6or7ft. it'll probably take about 4years or more. I bought this guy from a reptile expo cost me $50. at my petstore they cost $175. prices vary also on where you live. on average they're about $65. are you thinking about getting one? i'd say go for it they're great animals. most of them are tame.

  • i would LOVE to get one but moms a little weezy about it .. so i was talking to her and she said that if it wouldnt get its full size before i moved out then i could get one... what do you think about the dwarf boa constrictors?

  • you could take a shot at a dwarf. my nicaraguan boa is only 3'7" but he's not as pretty. the prettiest dwarf is the hog island boa and bolivian boa. bolivians are expensive though. I dont really feel like a male columbian is that big. you can keep it in a 4ft cage when its an adult. hmm it tough in your position. whatever you do just dont underfeed it. and also know that they dont grow as big as caresheets say. ive seen alot of males at 5-6ft. long. good luck in convinsing her.

  • wait a normal boa constrictor only needs 4ft cage? How big cage should a normal have? And how can i find one and know that its going to smaller than most of them when he grows up?? Thanks.

  • a boa up to 8ft can live in a 4ft cage. a good size female would do well in a 6ft cage if she's a monster. the only way to know if you rtb is going to be on the smaller side is knowing how big the parents are. most likely if the parents are small the babies will be too. also if you start them off on mice they dont grow as fast. ive seen columbians only 2.5-3ft. at a year old cuz they were still fed mice.

  • what do you suggest as a feeding schedule for him to grow the slowest as possible without him being always hungry and him still being heallthy? and how long would it be for him to get full size with that food plan? thanks sooo much for helping me...

  • give em mice every week. even when i stuffed him with mice he still wasnt growing much. i'd say feed him mice til he gets too big for it. he'll probably max out at 5-6ft. cant make any promises though. try to find out the size of the parents. if the parents are big i'd stay away from him. parents should be pass 5yrs old up to 5-8ft. if mom is 9ft and dad 7ft then babies are gonna be big.

  • If you know what an 8ft snake looks like in a 4ft cage, you will know you need a bigger cage then that.
