Any guys who has a haircut like Morrissey, I would marry them straight up. the Smiths are one of my favorite bands and I am disappointed that the youth of today enjoy such rubbish music that involves sounds only mad buy machines and voices made by auto tune. Many people believe Marr wrote the basslines, but it's just rumours. Rourke wrote all the basslines to compliment Marrs riffs. Marr stated at one point that Rourkes work on the Queen is Dead album couldn't be matched by any other bassist.

@Dangunner19 Andy wrote his bass lines. He was friends with Johnny for so long he wrote in a way that would suit his style. He did, apparently, write the drum patterns. It's likely to be a rumour though, as Mike's drum patterns fit his inspirations very closely.
