Ive been reading that DOR/2 is better the the Smackdown vs Raw/2006. Ive only played the Smackdown series and I think the best one is 2006. But my favourite has to be Shut Your Mouth because of the long and good storyline in the game. They need to do that with the new games. Plus they should allow you to wear superstars attire when creating your own character.

Day Of reckoning 2 is better. You can do any move through a table, perform specials like 4 times in a row, the gameplay is fast-paced and has easy controls (similar to Aki's No Mercy and WM2000) and while the CAW mode has terrible loading times, you can still make some pretty good CAWS. The only problem with DOR was that it was a Gamecube game, so less space and lack of features hurt it the most.

Day of Reckoning 2 had FAR better gameplay, but Smackdown vs RAW 06 had better features, like GM Mode and Create A Title. Plus a better Create A Superstar mode. To me, it's a tie. I'm just sad THQ has been bombing the SvR franchise since the 2006 game. That was the last good one.

SvR06 has the wrestler's voice work in season mode and the storylines in season mode aregreat best in the Sv R series. It has a double knockdown mini game plus the sleeper mini game. Plus blood drips on to the mat when they get busted open so cool ! Gameplay play is awesome and has the best looking Trish Stratus face and body model so realistic. SvR 06 destroys dor 2 no contest.

The gameplays closer to No Mercy then the Smackdown games, with a better gameplay flow. Day of Reckoning 2 in particular has better graphics then SvsR 06, and possibly even SvsR 08 and 09 on the Wii (Not so sure about "next gen" consoles). Unlike Smackdown games, you can interrupt moves.

But SvsR has a bigger roster, better story mode, and a wider selection of exibition matches.

I say get them both, instead of bashing one over the other. :D

I can confirm that DOR 2 has better graphics than SmackDown Vs. RAW 2009 on Wii. I have both games and did a Jericho Vs. Cena match back to back on both games and DOR2 was the better looking porduct. The lighting was way better and the charecter models are very realistic, almost "next gen". Heck, if every Wii game had graphics like it I would be golden, in the graphics department for my system :D
