You don't seem to understand that the police role is limited to apprehending a suspect and having them tried by a magistrate or judge and jury. Anything else is unlawful. We have several cases pending here in WA where police will lose their jobs & probably serve time.A cop was locked up in Qld recently for this sort of thing

We audio taped this and were able to smuggle the footage out. The Security Intelligence Branch denied us CCTV of Anna Bligh’s personal bodyguard almost breaking my son’s wrist. i make it a point not to read before viewing, then replaying AFTER reading any videos I see. (it's sort of an observance test I've been doing since I was little). 1st time I viewed this vid it lookd as tho the boy with the white socks was just standing there, then taking off his socks a little later. Also noticed how aggressive the cops were to any who WEREN't cops. I'm saying what I SEE. It is only after 1 or a few views that I then READ what the video says. These cops should be arrested.

@madhatter7169 One year later I had lost $9000 in legal costs, advised to plead guilty of assault (obstruct) (because I had no witnesses, the cctv footage had vanished and the police had corroborating stories), fined $1000 and paid $1000 'compensation' to the officer that dislocated my arms by carrying me by handcuffs behind my back. I've now been waiting 5 years for reconstructive surgery and have scars from the handcuffs. There is no justice against the QLD police, don't look for it.

When i proceeded to tell them that they are supposed to police the law and not make it up as they go, they through me to the concrete face first knee in back and arms jammed as high behind my back as six thugs could possibly get them. My friend jumped in to help me and recieved similar treatment.Throughout the 8 hours we spent in the lock up I repeatedly voiced the opinion that the police are just the biggest and most organized gang of thugs for hire in society.

Surfers Paradise Cops are the most corrupt in Australia. This sort of crap happened to me the other night. Not to this extreme because I am older and have bit harder head, but I was just walking past the police station at Surfers when about six copps jumped out like they were on a mission. They immediately fined me for having an alcaholic drink in public despite the fact that I DIDNT HAVE ONE> Obviously behind on their revenue quota.
