Yes, and it can also be used to get underground in the last resort map. Just do it the exact same way he does it, but you have to do it in a certain are in the building. This is a very old glitch, so I don't even know why I am posting a comment about it. Oh well, I guess someone who didn't know about it can use it.

only if they shoot you hands (if you are looking straight forward) Btw I don't think you can get any achievements in Forge or custom games.
