i dont mean to sound like a dick but! in your video when you slow it down i assumed you did at half speed-- that being said i am pretty sure i counted 13 revolutions im pretty sure that it only takes 2 seconds (maby 2-2.5 but will use 2 because its faster) for the ball from touching the lane to hiting the pins (4seconds in slowed down time) you divide the amount of revs (13) from your time (2) you get 6.5 multiply 6.5 and 60 and you get 390.

Slower Rev Rate = Stroker - up to 11 revolutions

Medium Rev Rate = Tweener - from 11 to 17 revolutions

Faster Rev Rate = Cranker - greater than 17 revolutions

speed alters everything

of course if you live close to a bowling ally with a C.A.T system you would no exactly

@guffnuh no hes right. cranker, stroker, tweener, and power player are based on how you play the lanes, not your rev rate. look at guys like ciminelli(sp?). hes got well over 550 but his line of choice is up the gutter. His style of play is a stroker. gu ys like smallwood, who has less revs but plays a pretty sharp angle...theyre crankers. Id label you as a stroker. you dont swing the ball too terribly much and in all of your videos you keep around the same line. keep it up

You get really good roll and i like your style of play, take this as constructive critcism..... if you were to bend your knee and stay down more you would add a ton of leverage to your bowling game giving you more hook and the ability to open up the lane,,,,, but good video (try to learn the dual angle layout so you can give us more of an exact drill for that ball) good video
