I love seeing special squads like this they are my favorite. I just wish there were more. They have so much spirit and I love that. I have been cheering for 8 years and rarely see any special teams.

It's sad but good to see that they are enjoying this. Sad because you think about how much people make fun of them because of their disorders. Good to notice them atleast enjoying it and loving what they do. I hope they don't let what someone else says about them get in their way of them cheering!

Completely missing the point of being a cheerleader. Singling out special needs kids even further. Cheer leading makes them look like a joke and embarrasses them but they can't comprehend it. There's a reason not all girls make the cheer squads, not because they are special, but because they can't do it. Making a special cheer group just for them is worse than putting them in regular level school classes. If you truly believe this is good, your an apathetic asshole looking sympathetic.

You have some good points, however, because they are "different" they require a different method of teaching. Putting them with "normal" kids would be pointless and frustrating, and it wouldn't be a fair playing field because they would always have a disadvantage. You would not ask a girl in a wheelchair to run track. They have a disorder will probably never be fully cured, unlike "normal" kids, who will be able to progress over time.

This is an amazing thing, just letting these children with specail needs being able to do what they love, it really lifts my spirit up knowing if those people can do that then i can do something i would be affriad of doing, this video just made my day :)

This is amazing! they give children with special needs (who normally have the most spirit) have fun. And it helps self confidence and how to make freinds and helps their memory (learning and remembering the cheers) I totally support this!
