I think Jarrah has set it up after Phil handed his ass to him several times. Personally, I think Jarrah is now on the verge of losing it, and having to make up stories to attack people.

The text you highlight at 0:55 refers to the strikes filed against my WhiteJarrah account. Did you not notice the continuation of the text you highlighted at 0:33 that specifically reads "Gray filed additional takedowns against this account and others"? When I said 'this account' I was referring to my WhiteJarrah account. It is those additional strikes that I referred to when I wrote "the strikes against this account were removed"

@WhiteJarrah Hi Jarrah! Welcome. Thanks for the clarification. But as I wonder in the description, What happened to the original jarrahwhite youtube channel? If the original account was wrongly suspended at the hands of Mark Gray why not file counter notices on those DMCAs and reinstate that channel? If you won your battle with the current account couldn't you successfully counter and win back your old account too? Aren't we talking about virtually the same videos? Care to comment?

@ProppaGannis Counternotifications against the videos Gray DMCAed on my JarrahWhite account have been filed, but for some reason they don't seem to be getting through. I never received any confirmation email saying that Youtube received them. I don't know what the problem is, but I think it might be because my old account was suspended before Youtube changed its rules that all accounts must be associated with a gmail. The email address associated with my old account is not a gmail.

My KJK channel wasn't linked with a gmail account. That's not the problem. You need to keep filing CNs, sometimes even after you receive confirmation because the process is so flawed. Eventually (as we both found) "justice prevails". So don't give up, file the CNs again, I'm sure Mark would love to hear from you. (I would be interested to know the exact comments made from my KJK channel that you flagged as harassment. My comments are downright tame compared to some other comments you let stay on your videos.) What I am getting at is I think to be fair you should unblock me.

Loser JW doesn't understand the difference between public domain and copyrighted release. Nobody stops him from obtaining that footage from the source, like Spacecraft Films obtained it. JW conveniently attributed claim from Spacecraft Films to his alleged discovery of "edited Apollo transmissions"... LOL!

The view of Empire State Building is public domain too, but when I take a picture of it and copyright it, that picture can not be used without permission.

I think you've misunderstood what he says on his page.

He says:

"Gray filed additional DMCA takedowns against this account..."

In regards to his old account:

"As a result, the old account is now history"

Meaning his current account:

"Fortunately, truth and justice has once again prevailed. Counter-notifications have been filed, and the strikes against this account were removed."

That's how I interpret it anyway.

@rawmonkno1 I think you're right about what he is trying to say on his page. But it still doesn't make sense. He countered the claims on his current account. Those claims were similar to the ones that were made on his old account. If he was victorious over SC Films for films on the current account why didn't he counter the claims from SC Films on the old account and have that one reinstated too? There is something he's left out.
