  • Some times my knees hit the top tube... How do I stop that?

  • I'll admit I was kinda hoping you would narrow your pedal and impact the top tube with your knee because you got too close :P

  • Relax guys, I'm sure this was just a 2 month early April Fools joke.

  • That looks like a Lazer Genesis or Helium helmet?...

  • keeping your knees in like that is not only bad for your knees, it's useless in terms of aerodynamics. yes don't splay your knees out but keep a natural position on either side of the top tube. forcing your knees in like that will screw your knees up pretty quickly. bad advise.

  • I think he knows cycling and is entertaining. thanks for the video

  • This method of "increasing speed" will most likely send you to a physio. Keep an inch or two either side of the top tube, maintain a consistent cadence, use your gears well, and don't be afraid to get out of the saddle when you need to. This will increase your speed. Not what this douche is on about.

  • His legs are basically rubbing the toptube. Watch any pro, they have at least a one inch gap on each side of the tube.

  • A "coach"??? For riding a bike? Sure, whatever.

  • Train safe...Train smart...what a joke..this guy is stupid

  • @flyfishing11 There are only two types of people, those who say "I can" and those who say "I can't." You can quit, but we don't care, but you will always know, this is the Ironman.

  • "Train safe, train smart" lol

  • Yeah, that's safe.
