This information isn't correct though.. They WERE captured, but the four boys were given minimum sentences. They were treated as juveniles.. They appealed later, and the court gave them MORE time in jail. It's reasoning was that they had also damaged society in doing this crime. They are free now though..

Actually they all ended up serving time. The least amount was 5 years, and the dude who was in charge only got 20. Personally I'd rather they all got more, but 'justice' was served. If you could call it that since they're not dead.
