4.Rad scorpions and rad roaches get "stuck" in graphics.
I got a similar one up near Old Olney. It was waayyy worse though, the entire screen was breaking out into a prism, but only when I looked in a certain direction. It was so bad that when I ran in that direction, I couldn't see anything but bright, blinding colors. A very glitchy game, indeed.

that happeded to me in mine feild and after i saw it , it did not let me disarm mines so i loaded to last save and did not go to minefeild

I had alot of "weird" graphical glitches.

Go into options and then i think display and it will give you and option to change your HUD color and your pip-boy color.
