I don't think people are bad because they are a certain race or they are in a certain religion, I think people are bad just because of the fact that they are bad people. Believe me when I say that there are white, latino, asian, middle eastern, etc. people like that too. I think people fail to understand that its culture that makes a person how they are. For some reason the Black culture is way different than the white culture, arabs with latinos and etc. Like Martin Luther King said " I hope there comes a day when my children are judged not by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character".
