i use a roman chair as part of my workout but what happens to me is that my arms give out halfway through my third set! and my abs are still rarin to go! is there a specific exercise to build the muscles you use in a roman chair or do i just need to toughen up and hit the tri's more? :P

dont use super heavy weights! and dont squat when you are moving up in weight. Use the leg press so it takes your back out of it..
