Look up Tracy Lee Stum look at her Q&A and work. She has a good pastel binder recipe there. However I prefer gum tragacanth, the downside is its not cheap and hard to get, but its still cheaper then store bought and better too.

Who can understeand well what the ingredients for creating pastel chalks are?

Use the soap to create an emotion with the beeswax and wheat paste. This creates a paste gel which you add with chalk mixed with pigments. Look on the net for full details.
