  • How did you get the suspense music in the background: 6:59

you can send me the link or the name if you still have.

  • this really is amazing. great job with this! <3

  • this was amazign! i love this.. it inspired mee

  • you should get a work as a director pretty good

  • Good job this is awsome!!!

  • that is so cool.

  • The ending is just so sad and dramatic! Why would the director make it so sad at the end?! Shouldn't Alice get back home? it's to sad

  • Stared at your face for to long from 8:00 to 8:15. More cuts would make it better.

  • bad film, flat acting, boring props and a very weak attempt at a british accent, yeah and it could do with a lot more light bulbs.

  • ONE WORD: LIGHTING.

  • One word: LIGHTING.

  • What did you type in on google to get the Mad Hatter backround?

  • were the songs I'm Odd and Beware the Jabberwock originally going to in this video.

  • ♥♥coooolllll

  • loce the vid

  • I really like the concept, provably I would change the back grounds but, any way I really like the way you work with the story :D nice work!

It would be cool if after a wild you remake these and see the changes because it can be better (as always) and it would be interesting

  • that was really good I hope to see more. You did a great job.

  • So did she get back home or not?

  • lol

  • "The Mad Hatters?"

    "YAWS?"

What did White Rabbit say at 9:20? It's hard to understand...

  • nice.. very creative!!

  • Loved it, very trippy =D Is there any possibility to see an "untrimmed" version of it? o_O Or download it? Or just have it somehow? =P

  • how did you do alice falling? I assume you used a green screen, but how or where did you get the background?

  • lol the mad hatter startled me.

  • this is greatttt

    =)

  • I like the VMK music during the mad hatter scene

  • great job ith the blue screen!

  • whoa that is creepy

  • is there anyway you can do this without a greenscreen or what program did you use for the other effects?lol

  • nice! keep creating stuff, get all the negative comments to critic yourself and push yourself up next time. The artist will face negative comments all the time. channel them in your advantage :)

  • Whats the first song?

  • "Fairytale Waltz" Kevin MacLeod

  • Did you pull the riddle (and her getting it wrong and falling) from Labyrinth?

  • If that is what its from then I didn't intentionally! I've never seen Labyrinth. I just googled riddles haha and her falling was just an idea I had, interesting though, I'll have to check out that movie!

  • what is the song at 8:15 i like it

  • "Mad World" Gary Jules

  • Mad world

  • How'd you get the Alice background?! Lol..like at the tea party the background what did you use to get that!?

  • I used a greenscreen and inserted the backgrounds with Final Cut Pro 5. There's a bunch of programs that will allow you to do this! If you're asking about how the actual background images were created, well that was just me playing around with photoshop, grabbing random images from google images and creating a cyber world, it was fun!

  • @inddfilms Really? Nice it looks awesome! & Sorry for asking so much lol but where do you buy a greenscreen from :P & is it expensive?!

  • I bought mine from ebay, I'd personally suggest getting the blue screen though, it's easier to contrast against skin tones, I wish I would have gone blue. They range in prices, cheap ones will work though!

  • @inddfilms Thank you so much! <33 & Once again nice work :D Can you please subscribe to me I did you obvs :P I wanna not lose your page x]<3

  • @inddfilms This is such great work!!! congratulations!! honestly

  • That was great!! Your actress did an excellent job and I enjoyed the music selections you used. Seems to me, that your film has had enough critiisms I enjoyed it and thought your efforts first rate!! Can't wait to see what you come up with next. :)

  • I think you did a good job, you held some of the shots a little to long (mainly in the beggining) so it got dragged out and I was bored. but other then that I think you did a good job! I give you props!

  • I definitely agree on the opening shots, my bad, really inconsistent with the rest but I've learned from a lot from making this movie!

  • umm its an ok film not the best but good

  • hated the background effect! very dull!!!

  • @89Rosemary thats just like your opinion man.... i like moke the smot....

  • sorry! I had no budget, not much else you can do with photoshop! I like to think I did a good job with what I had though!

  • Very strange this movie! And now she does not come home?!

  • great job its so suspensful at the end

  • by the way respond respnd respond jk it was a joke

  • Hey,innd or watev your real name is. This is THE REAL ALICE dont u dare make any more films about my tale or YOUR DEAD litterly like that masked video you made! STOP PLZ immediately

  • 4:42 scared me

  • Those were the intentions :)

  • Pretty good, despite the ending.

If you actually did a bit more trimming with the opening (with Transitions/fades) and the 6:?? part, you'd have more room for a better ending.

Still a Graet Job. I use Final Cut Pro too!

  • Hey, that's one thing I do regret rewatching my film, I wish I had trimmed the opening shots more, it felt right during the editing now it seems dragged out! Some people like the ending some don't, personally, I like ending this story with an open ending and room for interpretation.

  • Okay, but remember there's always room on youtube for an "extra/alternate" version. Some of my videos have variation bits.

  • indeed! I'm persumming a green screen correct?

but non the less AMAZING!!! what editing software did you use? someone pray tell me! this looks soo good! :)

  • I used a combination of iMovie 08 and Final Cut Pro 5, hope this helps!

  • I love the Mad Matter's voice! It's sounds so weird!

  • what a shame...

  • i need booze

  • MAD HATTER DOG FTW XD

  • LMFAO i luv d dog rather then the cat XD just hilarious

  • This was a good home movie. I like how Alice finds out she's in Wonderland because she wanted to be there. But... doesn't she ever go home in this version? It shows her asleep but then it doesn't show her wake up.

  • it was quite sad at the end that song always makes me cry but the film was spectacular

  • Did you make the Wonderland backgrounds? They're cool.

  • This is what happens when you smoke, But good movie thingy

  • i understand

  • awesome video ♥ it it was very cool, and the efects also.

  • Loved the effects. For a home video this muct have been a challenge. xD Great job.

  • very good job !!!!!!!!

  • nnniiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiccccccccceeeeeeee

  • wow! i really liked this! very well done guys :D

  • This was very good. I love seeing another's vision of a familiar story. Great story pacing, excellent use of music and good use of green screens. You have a promising future ahead! Well done.

  • very nice :)

  • i was a little confusedd. maybe since it was trippy i would understand it if i was high ? but it was still pretty good

  • That's where you're going wrong you are trying to understand it. You don't have to understand it. The place is suppose to be nonsense ^_^

  • Wow man that was realy cool.

    Trippy{-)

  • Great song choice:)

    I think it was wonderful

Hope to see more short flims!

  • very nice job

  • Practice media, take a media production class.

  • just got into film school, so i'm definitely practising haha!

  • That was really good!

  • Very Good Job! :)

I Loved it! You made a good

    choice with Alice! ;)

  • I thought this was actually good because I know the little bit of materials you had to wrk with. Your sister didnt do to bad of a job. Good job on this overall man!

  • the writing and editing are very good as is the music choice. the acting is a bit iffy and i wish it were a bit longer so that there would be an ending but i think it's a great beginning

  • this was really good! you have a bright future c:

  • I wasn't aware you couldn't go beyond the story? It's an adaptation, I was not looking to do a frame by frame reinactment

  • that part when the wall becomes bricks was very clever..

  • What's the song at 6:09

  • it's the acoustic version of Metric's "Help, I'm Alive"

  • ok ur alice sucks major ass!!! i mean come on there are soo many other ppl u could have gotten for this role and u choose her?!!! but the idea was good.

  • What I don't think a lot of you understand is that was my sister, this movie was simply a random experimental film to practice using effects and a filming exercise. This was in no means a big production, there was no money spent and I was just using what I had, I didn't audition anyone!

  • amazing!!!!!!

  • Its is very epic. I love the ending. Mad Hatter was hilarious.

  • very very

    good!

    congratulations

  • GREEAT JOB DUDE!!!

  • lol nice!

  • It made me smile!

  • That's why you don't do drugs kids!

    lol!

    Funny ending!

  • Oh wow, that kept on getting creepier. =D I love seeing the dog in the tree, talking in a low voice.

  • That was extremely well done considering the time. It would have been nice to see you do a longer one and just divide it into two or three parts, you could have really extended the plotline. Then again, with it this short, you could make it as random as you wanted

  • great video it would be amazing if the book ended like that!

  • amazing!!!

  • I love the dog instead of the cat!

  • good use of green screen

  • The vid was very well done, but were's the queen & the bunny & the cat?

  • Rly Cool =)

  • Very good work. :)

  • Very Sweet! Well done!

  • exellent but wheres the ending?

  • That was the ending...she's trapped, and it ends with the Mad Hatter's insane laughter. It's an alternative to the happy ending.

  • fantastic!!

  • thank you that was delightful : )! very well done : )!

  • my dog would of started humping my leg in the beginning. haha.

  • Horrible, horrible acting.

    Little boring.

Overall ok since you prob dont have much to work with. :)

  • well done. your dog looks like mine and his names cujo too lol

  • AWESOME!

  • that was awesome.

    you are an excellent filmmaker!

i've seen many shorts made by young filmmakers.

most of them don't make any sense.

    yours was excellent!

    props.

  • nice creativity!!

  • OMG!! It's reeeaally good!

    I love it! :D

  • probably could have tried and found better actors but you work with what you have I guess.

  • oo i love when she does down the rabbit hole!!

  • Very Good Job!

  • 1:42

  • love mad world and help im alive in there

  • I liked it. Really good job with everything.

  • this is a very nice rendition of Alice in Wonderland. though i would've chosen a different song at 8:00 because everytime i hear that song its telling how everything is all the same. when in fact in Wonderland everything is topsy turvy and definatly different. But I loed how u ended it. This is one of my favorite stories alice in wonderland and through the looking glass. kudos to the max my dears

  • at least the insanity is consistent

  • i think this is adorable.

  • Meh... Meh

  • I liked it =]

  • AND Gary Jules - Mad world! It's like you stole my ipod.

  • Metric was the perfect choice at 6:20... Especially the acoustic verson.

  • it doesnt say anything about a trailer...

  • Its says nothing about it being a trailer...learn to read.

  • chasing a dog?... gay

  • that was gay its not even the real trailer to the new alice in wonderland movie

  • 2:18 --- CUPCAKE???????

  • that was cool! good job.

  • 2 things: 1- the girl playing Alice is very beautiful. And 2- what a waste of good english muffins.

  • This movie was OK. The only draw back was the limited set, and you had to film in your back yard..

  • dang the girl that play as alice is fuckin hot

  • I had to read the first book for my school and I hated it. But now it seems to be worth reading since there is going to be a movie based on it.

  • CREEPY damn cant wait for March 2010

  • March FIFTH 2010

    ;D

  • that was pretty darn good!

    the dogs so cute!

  • green screen was ok i guess but lines kinnda sucked good angles tho

  • the filming was good, the acting--not so much. i would've been better if you had better actors. =.= especially for the mad hatter/cheshire...dog?

  • demon!

  • this would have been good as a silent flim with just the music and maybe just have a part 2 since you had to cut out some scenes

  • Wtf kinda end was that total cliffhanger

  • good filming ... poor lines.

  • amazingly brilliant

    *****

  • this is extremely good!

  • you are very pretty, you have a lovely voice (this isnt a pedo im 13 lol)
