Just got my single 6 in stainless, I can see why they put the optics on the ten. I guess I'll just start saving for one of those too. My wife is gonna kill me.

i know that you can get a sigle six with an aditional .22 magnum cylinder. but can you get one for the single ten?

Almost bought a Ruger ten today black Friday. Beautiful but I decided to wait for Ruger to release a 6 1/2 barrel (I hope). I shoot the Heritage rough rider (see video on my channel) but the Ruger is nicer. I also tried my husband's 9mm a few weeks back (see channel), but the recoil is too much for me. Will stick to 22 :)))

@mickeylehuynh I am sure Ruger will come out with different variations of the single 10 eventually. Longer should help with accuracy, but I really like the balance of the current version (5 1/2") Heck, just get one of each! lol... I checked out your videos.... good job! Keep shooting and having fun!

@ccreyeder The man at the gun store said the same. 5 /12 is more balance and he said unless I plan to shoot really long distant, I wouldn't need a longer barrel. But I guess I just want a longer barrel strictly for looks... like my 6 1/2 barrel Heritage Rough Rider.

Who makes the holster you show at the end of the video. Nice clean lines to it.

@diver454 I got that holster from Texas Jacks in Fredericksburg , Tx. It has their name embossed on the leather, although I couldnt say for sure if they made it, or had it made for them. If you are into Cowboy action shooting or just like old west guns and accesories, they have a pretty extensive collection. Hope that helps!

Beautiful gun, really awesome. I was in a gun store yesterday and was looking at one. For a 22, it's really beefy and felt great in my hand. Absolutely gorgeous high quality gun.
