your bar set-up is *&#@ed. Get a bar mod like bartender and set up some keybinds. Having to shift-scroll through the different bars is a huge time-waster in a game where PvP is based on split-second reactions and counters.
did you watch him at all? it doesnt look like his bar setup is hindering his gameplay at all. he's fucking beast. if youre used to the shift scrolling then go for it, if youre used to keybinds then good for you, if youre used to clicking then great. its all about personal play style.

Say the gold medalist learned how to run and win with his hands tied, so that when he untied them, they threw his balance off and he fell.
Meaning, of course, that if someone had been taught by a veteran player or just didn't know about keybinds and got really good, they should stay that way rather than conforming to other ways that other players find more efficient.

@maplehappy there's good clickers but clicking limits your reaction times. i've seen really good clickers, but they could be better if they learned and got used to keybinds. they would suck at first but in the long run they'd do better. i haven't seen a gladiator clicker yet. they can have really good reactions but the time it takes to click cancels some of it out.

@l70hts Ahh, so god damn ironical! I know people always say this. But trust me, I have been playing Mage pretty much nonstop since WoW came out and I've been very far up in ratings in both 2vs2 and 3vs3. I stopped playing when Cataclysm came out. This guy is fucking clicking and backpeddling. AND yes, it is all about personal style. But it is a proven god damn fact that you are more efficient in all god damn ways if you have EVERYTHING keybinded in a proper way, so that you can reach around fast

Really if your crying about him not useing looking at his action bars. it shows how well in pvp you are. Good pvpers only have there 1 bar up and have everything else hidden. And JUST use hotkeys. For him(or her) not useing the action bars is saying that he can do alot more than what you probably could do.
I wish i was at the lvl where i didnt need to have my action bars up to pvp
