@haimon33 A late reply, but still I'd like to reply to your statement. The Netherlands used to be a big supporter of Israel indeed. Because many Dutch believe the Jewish people have the right to live in the 'promised land'. But the brutal and excessive aggression towards the Palestinians made many Dutch people think negative about Israel. The holy land is polluted with the blood of innocent people from all sides, because Jews, Muslims and Christians are too stubborn to make concessions.

For too many years in our current history Israel did extend its hand for peace for all its neighbours, the truth of the matter is that Israel is unfortunately lives in a very violent neigbourhood, where most of its neigbours (including the palestinans) are looking for Israel's extintion (even dont say it explicitly) but you can read the termsof the draft of the peace paln in 2000 that Arafat denied and gave us back intifada

Beautiful. sad to realise that within a course of 20 years, Holland turned from a big supporter of Israel to an extreme anti-Israeli society.
