@jeffsaves Are you kidding me? Buckcherry for one isn't a southern rock sounding band. They're modern and dirty but not southern. Secondly, how does having a similar sound make something unoriginal? Genres connect bands through similarity, but that doesn't make anybody necessarily unoriginal. Look at Megadeth and Metallica. Don't be dissing on the Buckcherry, people don't take it lightly.

I can see hear the similarities between the two bands, but Maylene formed in 2004, and Buckcherry has been around since about 1995, releasing thier first album in '99.
