We're doing this song. I checked up this talented group (for the rougher Irish weddings,you know) like most musos do with the luxury of youtube these days. I noted that, despite being force fed the concept of diversity by homogenous automotons, the opposite has happened! Look at the chart run down, A year later punk added to the mix. Left on it's own, without these meddlers, it was actually better and more reflective of a nation's tastes! Who needs this strange seam of arrangers?

I wonder if people know just how hard it is to be a good bass player AND the lead singer...and Phil Lynott was awesome at both. When your singing has one cadence, and your bass parts have another, it's VERY difficult to not mess one of them (or both of them) up.
