Insane that she can get away with lies about paternity when he is proven not to be the father. He has an excellent case against her in civil court, but is that judge an honorable one? In most courts, women are treated (sentenced) differently than men; still a patriarchal view held by many judges. Put her in jail? Probably not. Most likely, "Poor thing. She must have been mentally ill. Give her some counseling." Outrageous!
