I like the idea. If you want a less than lethal stamp A lot of testing is needed. I'm a little concerned about permanent brain damage. Even with short bursts microwaves will heat (vibrate) the body's water indiscriminately. And 98.6 to 103 is not that far apart.

As for military applications the Geneva protocol for Humane combat won't let you turn it up to instant killing levels.

I think its ridiculous that we know the PTB have all these weapons & yet even though they're all corrupt & have broken tons of laws, they still keep making & using them.
