The look on Holly's face @ 3:11 is priceless!!! She's finally met someone who's weirder than she is! And I say that word with a huge amount of love, respect and admiration. There has never been a performance like hers, before and after. I don't find a lot that's laugh-worthy, but she gets me gasping for air at least 10 times. They should have given her 2 Oscars for this one- Best Actress AND Best Actor.

@lp4182 you are right music was the center of the universe for people in my age range. from the time the beatles appeared on ed sullivan till the first acursed notes of disco music ( 1975) we rallied around it. plus being from detroit put us at the epic center of its sound as well....bob seger,the stooges with iggy pop,the mc5,alice cooper,ted nugent,were all slamming the detroit music scene full throtle at the same time. noting like it before and nothing since.it was open.now closed minds rule.
