We didn't even know there was an actual scripted "Frankenstein: The Rock Opera." But since everything about our version was completely improvised on the spot, it's to be expected that theirs is "much better" than ours.
And no, there's no copyright violation just because the name is the same. Check IMDB and see how many movie titles have been re-used for completely different movies.
soo, is using the same title of a different (and much better) play a copyright violation? i think i prefer the justin perkinson/ ty morse one.
