  • @craigsmithx Nope, the reason that high performance jet aircraft use adjustable nozzles is to maximise the thrust for a given mass flow rate and pressure. If you are not concerned with thrust efficiency across a broad range of mass flow rates and external atmospheric pressure you don't need an adjustable nozzle.
