Ahh, how I relate to what you are sharing. At 52, this is so whether regarding a raw food way of life, vegetarianism/veganism, or, simply - residual 1970's eating disorder inclinations. If the latter could be thus described. For so many of us, especially young women, these patterns were already well-ingrained long before they were more widely talked about/shared.
