  • I love the ad for us cellular that pops up the second the "ipad" comes into view on screen. God youtube sucks now.

  • Apple never really invented anything, they just made more refined forms of already available products.

  • I watched this video to see Ensign Gomez.

  • @Amar7605 :: Mhmm yep, Gomez is the only reason to watch this. I didnt even look at the title, I just saw her in the screen shot thumbnail and clicked.

  • Or Android OS in the future, whichever.

  • Where did that bigger rob the iPad

  • Need to divert all non-essential power sources to the warp core? There's an app for that.

  • Sonya Gomez....Man was she hot...Something about a girl with big 80's hair in a Starfleet Uniform,boy....

  • If you havin hull problems

I feel bad for you son,

    I got 99 problems but a

    breach aint one.

  • Actually a lot of real life engineers were inspired by Star Trek. Trek created ideas and Engineers saw them and through how to really do them. The guy who created QuickTime was one of them, inspired by Mr. Data's computer-based music collection. WIlliam Shtner did a documentary on this. Also Cell Phone designers were inspired by Original Series communicators, Motorola's "Star Tac" flip phones were close in profile to them.

  • great music, somebody link me the song

  • How do they create those movements in the screen ?

Can someone tell me a place where I can learn that ?

  • What's next, the iTransport?

Come up with your own ideas Apple!

  • Apple didn't invent tablets...

  • What's funny is that the writing tools they use in Star Trek are called PADDs, and they concept of them have been using ever since the 1980's. Apple is either 26 years behind... or... centuries.. behind.. being... ahead...

  • @AisuSeijin Actually, the first iPad - type device was seen in 2001: A Space Odysee (1969).

  • @athompson7

Uhh... Star Trek came out in 1966. You either didn't know this or seriously fuck up at basic math.

  • @AisuSeijin Star Trek: The Next Generation came out in 1987. The original series (1966) did NOT have an iPad-style device. So, homeboy, it looks like YOU are the one who needs to brush up on their math!

  • @athompson7 Um, yes it did. Just search for PADD and ToS or Original Series. They had a PADD device. It was used quite often.

  • @athompson7 Actually, they did. The props were primitive and you never got a good look at the screen, but they had handheld computer devices in TOS.

  • wrong title" the truth is: Apple has stolen. The iPad is NOT an Apple idea, it is a logical step - and Apple was not the first.

  • Paramount sue Apple for stealing intellectual property?, Does anyone know how many products that came to market inspired by Star Trek?

  • @mrbunnylamakins Mobile phones, video phones, web cams, and mini-TVs? And probably floppy disks and memory sticks. And that Wii remote thing that Spock uses in The Cage.

  • What episode was that? I remember the story (saw it a year ago) but not the episode...

  • @TheFri13 "Q Who" from series 2 - the introduction of the Borg.

  • Por otro lado... ¿no es la prostituta de 3 tetas de "Total Recall" ?

in another way... Is the prostitute 3 tits from Total Recall ? !

  • @horaciogarro o my god, actually it is

me vi toda la pelicula solo para corroborarlo

  • HHHHUUUURRR every tablet computer is a ipad.

  • @seanThree16 Exact work from apple "Every tablet follows iPad~!" REALLY???????????????????

  • @PeZtoU Yeah, man.

  • wt episode is that

  • @TheTdawg117 Q who I believe when Q introduces them to the Borg

  • the star trek hand held computer prop do look like the ipad

  • sclly thing is the i pad is more compact

  • im the same height as geordi

  • Dislike. handheld computers with just a screen for control have been concived of much longer than apple's concept, and even TNG, all the way back to the original star trek and forbidden planet.

  • Yes, because everbody know just how
