@Athithyen there is CM7 on the GSM version of the Nexus S, BUT why would you downgrade from ICS to Gingerbread?

I bet your fastboot file is in the wrong folder. That's what happened to me when I downloaded the Android SDK.

You should now make a video in how to install ics. The most stable from in my opinion right now is oICS by aosp. Everything works (besides 4g)

That's Exactly how I did mine. I could not get it to root anyother way.

I have ics on mine..its a perfectly stable build just 4g don't work.. I had cm7 b4 and u don't need to install another app for free wifi tether just go to..menu settings wireless setting then portable hotspots and it works Free. But ics so much better!

@wwjoshdew Do you have LauncherPro Plus by any chance? I use Launcherpro and don't know if its worth the money to buy LPP, do you know of any extra features between the 2 besides the extra widgets? I looked around on Youtube and Google and can't really find a list of the features lol

@BRAD51000 yup, TWO people at work want me to install a rom on their phone. the only hard part, is it's at work. so i need to bring my camera, tripod, and laptop to work. which they would throw a fit about, unless they didn't know about it! lol
