i think that natalie is not a snob, only really confident in herself. ANTM is a competition, but at the same time, it's a show, and a show needs drama. So I think the show edited her in a way that made her come off as a snobby rich mean person, but from interviews and clips of her off the show, she really isnt like that. She's in face really intelligent, carries herself well, and has a lot of confidence. In the modeling industry, you do in fact need a lot of confidence and sureness in yourself.
